First of all, experts emphasized the need to create and maintain a particular system for work with volunteers. A training program, an activity evaluation, a permanent feedback are something that must necessarily be present in working with volunteers. In addition, according to trainers, it’s important to help volunteers avoid professional burn-outs, and at the same time, the employees of the organization themselves are free from over-strain.
The participants of the training also learned to interview volunteers, identified the problem points in working with volunteers in their organizations and sought solutions for them.
Remind that Volunteers Management is the 5th training within the framework of the project “Enhancing civil society’s management, fundraising and communication in Ukraine” implemented by 5 partner organizations ADRA Slovensko (Slovakia), PMM – Polska Misja Medyczna / Polish Medical Mission (Poland), ADRA CZ (Czech Republic), HBA – Baptista Szeretetszolgálat (Hungary) and ADRA Ukraine (Ukraine) with the financial support of the Visegrad Fund and the Netherlands Government.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”530″ img_size=”medium” onclick=”link_image”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”532″ img_size=”medium” onclick=”link_image”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”534″ img_size=”medium” onclick=”link_image”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”528″ img_size=”medium” onclick=”link_image”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”535″ img_size=”medium” onclick=”link_image”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”533″ img_size=”medium” onclick=”link_image”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]More photos here.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
