Over the past week, we have received a large number of requests for help: more than 13,000 phone calls and about 2,500 messages a day. We make every effort to help as many victims as possible. We appreciate your time and we are sincerely grateful for your understanding of the situation and your patience.
We inform you about the latest news on the project “Financial assistance to vulnerable groups who are in crisis due to the war in Ukraine.”
As of today, we have received the full number of applications and we are forced to suspend registration for this project.
All applications received through the hotline until April 29 inclusive will be processed by our operators in turn.
The process of verifying inquiries takes some time, so, please, be patient and do not overload the hotline with questions about the status of the application.
If we have any questions concerning your application, our operators will contact you.
Please, note that ADRA Ukraine plans to implement new projects to provide humanitarian and financial assistance. Please, follow the current information on our official website www.adra.ua.
Sincerely yours,
ADRA Ukraine team
