Residents of Studenok village, who were evacuated due to a fire, received food kits from the UN World Food Programme
The fire, which previously began on the territory of the Donetsk region, on August 2 spread through the forest to Studenok village of the Oskol community of the Kharkiv region. As a result of the disaster, about 150 households were affected in the village, more than 200 residents were evacuated to Yaremovka village. ADRA Ukraine volunteers, having learned about the tragedy, brought 150 food kits from the UN World Food Programme for the victims. About 20 kits were distributed to those who remained in Studenok village, the distribution of the rest continues in the humanitarian center of Yaremovka. If it will be necessary, the number of food kits will be increased.
