About us

The charity organization ADRA Ukraine has been operating in Ukraine since February 21, 1993 as part of the global network of the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA). This international humanitarian structure was founded in 1956 (ADRA International) as one of the branches of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and has consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council.

Today, ADRA operates in more than 100 countries around the world, providing relief and development assistance to people in need, — regardless of their ethnic origin, political beliefs, gender or religion.

In Ukraine, ADRA activities are aimed at assisting victims of conflicts and natural disasters, internally displaced persons and their families, orphans, inmates of boarding schools and shelters, hospital patients, persons with disabilities and the elderly. The organization pays special attention to supporting the population in crisis zones and spreading the principles of a healthy lifestyle.

ADRA network covers millions of lives in 117 countries of the world.
Our field approach allows us to provide immediate assistance in times of crisis and
a real partnership with the communities we serve.
