ADRA Ukraine specialists taught self-regulation to residents of Chernihiv
July 10 at the ADRA Ukraine Protection and Support Center a training named “First Psychological Aid” was held in the city of Chernihiv. Psychologist Yuliya Bogush and facilitator Vladyslava Voilo held a meeting during which they not only talked about self-regulation methods, but also helped the participants to apply these tools in practice.
The participants of the training received useful information and restored their internal resource, which is necessary in the realities of war, when the psycho-emotional load is constantly increasing.
The event took place within the framework of the “MHWP project” with the support of the Canadian government and ADRA Canada.
