According to the Ministry of Reintegration, under the project of ADRA Ukraine, financial assistance is provided by ADRA Ukraine to residents of the occupied territories such as Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, as well as for all territories occupied at the time of the project implementation.

We sincerely ask you to check whether you fall under criteria of this financial assistance and whether you live in these selected regions. Just yesterday, we received more than 87,000 calls to the hotline, most of which did not fall under the project criteria. Extraordinary numbers of calls to the line do not allow to call and apply for assistance for people on whom this assistance is intended.

If you are in the occupied territories and do not have the opportunity to call ADRA Ukraine hotline due to lack of communication, use the following procedure:

1. Visit our official website www.adra.ua.
2. Follow the direct link to one of our chatbots in Viber or Telegram.
3. Write your name, place of residence, number of people in the family (how many adults and children under 18), your phone number.
4. Wait for an answer from the operator.

It may take some time to process all applications. We ask you to be patient and wait for an answer.
