In Kharkiv, participants of a creative activity created products from beads
Focusing on small beads, choosing colors and gradually seeing the result of your own work — a creative activity held at the Protection and Support Center of ADRA Ukraine in Kharkiv.
It could be joined by people of all ages who wanted to spend time in a calm atmosphere, chat and distract themselves from everyday worries.
During the class, the participants created their own beaded products. Weaving helped to focus attention on what is happening «here and now», switch to the creative process and enjoy the self-created result.
Such creative activities can help reduce emotional stress, train concentration and create space for communication and self-expression. And the participants could take the finished product with them as a result of their work.
The event took place within the framework of the “IHA MHWP” project with the support of the Government of Canada and ADRA Canada.
