1. General Provisions
The Confidential Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy” or “Confidential Policy”) is an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Website made between the Visitor (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “User”) and Charitable Organization “Charitable Fund “Adventist Development and Relief Agency in Ukraine”(according to the text “We”, “Fund”) regarding the use of the website: https://www.adra.ua/ (according to the text “Website”). All terms used in this Policy from capital letters, and the meanings of which are not explicitly defined in this document, should be construed as defined in the Terms of Use. This Confidential Policy describes types of personal information that we receive from visitors to our website, how it is collected, processed and used. The Policy describes how we use this information, other details regarding our methods of working with personal information are described, as well as how you can contact us if you have any questions or comments. Information and personal data are collected, processed and used in strict accordance with the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine. We reserve the right to make changes to the Confidential Policy at any time and for any reason, without further notice to you of such changes. Your provision/posting of information on our website is your agreement to the contents of this Confidential Policy and means that you give your consent to the fact that we may collect, use and disclose/distribute the information that identifies you in accordance with this Confidential Policy. 2. Types of information we receive
We collect information about you only if you have voluntarily provided relevant information or clearly agreed to provide and/or use it. The information we collect includes: Identifiable information: we may collect personally identifiable information (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”) in cases where you choose to interact with us and provide relevant information in return by contacting or filling out certain contact or registration forms on the website, or otherwise provide this information through the Site, including by sending inquiries, making charitable contributions through the website, etc. Personal data include, but is not limited to information about your name, telephone number, residence address, e-mail address, data of your documents, other similar information.

Secondary (technical) data: when you visit the website, certain data are automatically recorded on Fund’s servers for system administration, as well as for statistical or backup purposes using a number of technologies, including, but not limited to cookies, tags, IP address tracking/URL tracking, and other tools. The recorded information may include the name of your ISP, in some cases your IP address, information about your browser software version, the operating system of the computer from which you visited the website, the addresses of websites you visit at the same time as our website and, if possible, your search parameters that led you to the website, date/time tags, number of clicks, revised advertising and so on. You may block or disable cookies on your computer, which will restrict the collection of Secondary Data through the use of cookies, but in this case you will not be able to use certain functionalities of the website and your user experience may be adversely affected. We also can use other tracking services (third-party programs), such as Google Analytics, to understand and explore the terms of your use of our website. Payment Information: we do not directly collect information about your payment instruments, such as bank cards, etc. If you wish to make a charitable contribution through the website, you will be redirected to the website of a third party payment operator through which such payment can be made, your payment details will be provided not to the Fund but to the operator of such payment operator. Please, note that your data will be processed by such third party in accordance with its confidential policy or other agreement concluded with you. Personal data of children: we do not wish to collect information about visitors who have not reached the age of 18 years old. If necessary, we can unequivocally draw child’s attention to the fact that he should not send any personal information to our e-mail address. If child’s parents or other legal representatives find that a child has provided certain information to the website and believe that such information should be destroyed, we will take steps to remove such information upon their request.

3. Use of the information we receive
Your personal data and other information provided by you are used only for the purpose for which you provide it to us. The Fund is committed to storing the information and data you provide securely and to take all precautionary measures to protect the information from loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration. Accordingly, contrary to our efforts, we cannot guarantee or ensure the security of any information you provide to us through our website. You confirm that you understand the risks described above, in particular that the information you provide may be lost or obtained by third parties, and that you personally and independently bear all risks associated with it.

5. Dissemination of information we receive to third parties
We may pass on information provided by you to third parties only to the extent objectively necessary to achieve the purpose described above, or to protect the security or integrity of our website, to take precautionary measures against bringing to justice or to facilitate litigation or requests from other government agencies; or in cases where, in our opinion, it is necessary to provide such information in order to prevent physical harm or financial damage, or in connection with an investigation into suspicious or actual illegal activities.
