This week, within the framework of the Project “Hope for Ukraine”, food aid has been provided to IDPs in Lutsk and surrounding villages, as well as in Vinnytsia region in such villages as Vasylivka, Krasne and Nove. Project volunteers have organized a holiday in Kryvyi Rih for children of IDPs who are currently temporarily living in the city. In addition to entertainment, children of IDPs from Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Kherson and other cities have received sweets and small nice gifts. Food aid continues being provided in Kherson region where a real humanitarian catastrophe is taking place. In addition to Kherson, food kits have been received by residents of a nearby village.

Ukrainian citizens receive psychological support from ADRA Ukraine. Competent psychologists provide help during group classes, individual consultations for adults and children, and provide psychological support.

Over five regions have received fresh bread with the support of WFP and ADRA Ukraine. According to the latest data, 495,000 loaves of bread have been distributed. This week, food aid has been delivered in several directions: a consignment of food and hygiene products has been sent to Mariinka in Donetsk region, as well as to Odessa region for IDPs from Mykolayiv who are currently staying there. With the support of ADRA Network project, 182 family kits have been delivered to Chernihiv, 120 kits to Brovary, and 1,320 to Vinnytsia where there are also a large number of IDPs.

The evacuation direction continues being implemented: with the support of ADRA Czech Republic, evacuation from hotspots in Donetsk region goes on. Within the Project on social transportation and evacuation with the support of UHF, assistance is provided in the following areas: northeast, east, southeast, south. The total number of evacuees and transported persons has reached more than 2,400.
