The implementation of ADRA Ukraine project in cooperation with UNICEF continues, thanks to which, in particular, the delivery of drinking water is carried out to regions where the water supply system has been destroyed due to hostilities or there is an acute need for drinking water for the population. Thus, about 125,000 liters of water have been received by residents of such settlements as Mariinka, Druzhkivka, Izium, Kryvyi Rih, as well as de-occupied communities of Kherson region. In addition, 300- and 1,000-liter water containers have delivered to Zakarpattia and Donetsk regions, reaching 2,000 beneficiaries. In Donetsk and Mykolaiv regions, tablets for water purification have been additionally provided.

Within the framework of the project, assistance has been also provided in the form of electricity generators that were given to local administrations in such cities as Irpin, Kostiantynivka, and Bakhmut.

Another direction of the project is distribution of hygiene kits. Such assistance has already been provided to 28,237 people in 13 regions of Ukraine (including de-occupied communities of Kherson region). Most of these areas are currently home to a large number of internally displaced persons. Chernivtsi, Dnipropetrovsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Mykolaiv and other cities are among these areas.
Vulnerable categories of the population have received:
– hygienic sets consisting of personal hygiene means and household chemicals;
– diapers for children;
