Residents of Bereznehuvate community learned how to implement their own initiatives
On May 15, a facilitation meeting of the ADRA Ukraine team with local residents to support public initiatives took place in the Bereznehuvate community of the Mykolaiv region. Those present were told about the conditions of participation in the program, priority areas of support and possibilities of implementing local initiatives.
The main goal of the event was to attract residents to active participation in the restoration and development of their community through the creation of their own project ideas. Such meetings help communities identify current needs, pool resources and work together to improve living conditions.
The project is implemented by ADRA Ukraine in partnership with ADRA Denmark with funding from the Danish Agency of International Development (DANIDA) and support from DanChurchAid and Norwegian Church Aid in Ukraine.
