ADRA Kids in cooperation with the «Simia» club created a support space for children in Zhytomyr
On June 7, a large-scale event was held in Zhytomyr on the basis of the inclusive children’s center «Dim Radosti» (EN: House of Joy) with the support of the ADRA Kids project and in cooperation with the «Simia» club (EN: Family) for more than 100 children of vulnerable categories: children with disabilities, internally displaced children, as well as children from low-income and large families.
Thanks to joint efforts, it was possible to create a space where children felt care, attention and support. Creative and musical programs, fun entertainment with volunteer animators awaited the participants, and at the end, each child received a gift from ADRA Kids.
The event took place in a warm, friendly and joyful atmosphere, giving children bright emotions, new acquaintances and unforgettable impressions.
On behalf of the ADRA Kids project team, we sincerely thank the head of the NGO «Vse robymo sami», the director of the children’s center «House of Joy» Bohdan Kupchynskyi, the communities of the city of Zhytomyr, the team of the club «Simia» for their cooperation, support and help in organizing this wonderful holiday for children.
Thanks to the support of caring hearts, the ADRA Kids project continues to develop, unite people around good deeds and give children joy, care and unforgettable moments of happiness.
