Winter support for displaced persons: eight Zaporizhia centers will receive fuel from ADRA Ukraine
With the onset of winter, the ADRA Ukraine team began an important stage of support for internally displaced persons in the city of Zaporizhia. Since the beginning of December, the provision of temporary accommodation centers with solid fuel has been ongoing. This assistance is supported by Japan Platform and ADRA Japan.
A total of 133 tons of fuel will be transferred to eight protection centers. This volume fully meets the requests of the centers and is designed to provide a comfortable stay for more than 300 people, including — 70 children, during the entire heating period.
We continue to provide support, in particular to centers that already received our assistance last year, ensuring the continuity of their functioning in conditions of constant danger.
