Victims of the flood in Kramatorsk have received assistance within the framework of cooperation with the UN WFP.
One of important directions of work within the framework of cooperation under the project “Provision of emergency food assistance to the affected population of Ukraine with the support of the World Food Programme” is emergency response in emergency situations. In particular, as a result of the flood that covered Kramatorsk, the victims were able to receive basic rations from the UN WFP with the support of ADRA Switzerland, as well as hygiene kits, blankets, mats, mattresses from UNICEF.
In total, within the framework of cooperation between ADRA Ukraine and WFP, the residents of Donetsk region have received assistance in the form of 2,103,700 loaves of bread, 55,279 basic rations, 460,535 expanded sets of general purpose, and 121,279 sets of baby food.
