154 kits of ready-made food were handed over to evacuees from Donetsk region in Kharkiv
People evacuating Kramatorsk, Sloviansk and other localities in Donetsk region arrive at a transit center in Kharkiv on September 16, the ADRA Ukraine team handed them 154 ready-to-eat food kits.
The peculiarity of such MRE kits is that the products do not need to be prepared — they can be opened and eaten immediately. This is especially convenient for people during evacuation and stay in a transit center, when opportunities to prepare food may be limited.
Each kit contains 10 canned ready meals — five different types of cereals with meat and vegetables. In this way, people can get ready-made food immediately after arrival.
Assistance provided by the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) with support from ADRA Switzerland.
