ADRA Ukraine and Volunteer Center “Help Step” have joined forces to support those in need
On June 12, the charitable organization ADRA Ukraine signed a memorandum of cooperation with Volunteer Center “Help Step” (UA: Крок з Надією), from the city of Dnipro. The partnership envisages coordination of humanitarian response efforts in the eastern, southern, central and western regions of Ukraine.
The partners plan to jointly implement charitable initiatives. In particular, it is about helping families and people in difficult life circumstances, supporting children, youth and elderly people, as well as organizing leisure, educational programs and volunteer projects.
A separate direction will be to promote the implementation of programs aimed at protecting human rights, protecting health, ensuring equality of rights of men and women, protecting the environment, promoting a healthy lifestyle and developing non-formal education.
The partners also plan to jointly provide social, legal, psychological, material and financial assistance to those who need it most.
