ADRA Ukraine is discussing restoring access to the Kuryliv community of Kharkiv region
Last week, representatives of the ADRA Ukraine team visited the Kharkiv region. During the trip, they met with the head of the Kuryliv community in an open hub, where the organization has been providing assistance to local residents for a long time.
In this hub, ADRA Ukraine distribute certificates for food products, and also provides psychological support to war victims.
The meeting was aimed at discussing issues of safe access to the territory of the community, because the situation there remains difficult. Since 2022, the ADRA Ukraine team has been constantly working in the Kuryliv community, but due to increased shelling in September, the organization temporarily lost access to the right bank of the community.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibilities of resuming work and the security measures necessary to protect employees and provide safe assistance to community residents.
