ADRA Ukraine lawyer has conducted on-site counseling for internally displaced persons in Kryvyi Rih
Within the framework of the project, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany and ADRA Germany, Yevhen Strashko, a certified lawyer, provides free consultations to IDPs and persons affected by hostilities.
Recently, an on-site consultation of an ADRA Ukraine lawyer has taken place in shelters in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, during which the specialist consulted on the following issues:
• compensation for property destroyed or damaged as a result of hostilities;
• procedure for removing the attachment of accounts for social payments;
• collection of alimony from a person who is abroad, etc.
