Children created figures from clay at an art-therapeutic session in Dnipro
On October 21, at the private school “The Path of Wisdom” in the city of Dnipro, an art therapeutic session was held for children aged 6-7, organized with the support of ADRA Australia. ADRA Ukraine psychologist Marina Nikolenko helped children find internal resources and supports to create a safe environment and a sense of protection.
During the session, the children worked with clay, sculpting what brings them joy. After that, they placed their creations on a sheet of paper and finished what they wanted to create. Thanks to this process, children not only revealed their creative potential, but also had the opportunity to better understand their own emotions and needs through art and self-expression.
