Donors from Japan monitored the psychological support of Ukrainians: there were positive reviews
The ADRA Ukraine team of psychologists provides free psychological assistance to Ukrainians affected by the war through online consultations. On October 3, representatives of Japan Platform and ADRA Japan, who are donors to this project, conducted a monitoring interview with the beneficiaries and ADRA Ukraine employees involved in the implementation of the project. The purpose of the interview was to identify the strengths of the services provided, identify possible shortcomings and collect wishes from the beneficiaries.
The project provides an opportunity for every resident of Ukraine, regardless of place of residence, to receive individual or group consultations and join support groups for free.
The beneficiaries expressed their sincere gratitude to the donors, noting the high level of services and emphasizing importance and relevance of the support in wartime conditions.
