Food certificates are a new type of assistance provided by ADRA Ukraine with the support of the UN World Food Program
Since the first days of the military conflict, ADRA Ukraine has directed its forces to help the affected population in various directions, one of which is food assistance including such types of assistance as food kits, bread, baby food.
As of today, another type of assistance is becoming available – food certificates. Such a certificate allows a person to buy food or non-food goods in the amount of UAH1,500 in such stores as Silpo, Le Silpo, Fozzy, “Fora”, Thrash! Trash!
The following categories of population are eligible to receive this assistance:
– large families;
– persons with disabilities;
– persons who independently provide for family’s livelihood;
– pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers;
– people of retirement age (60+).
This type of assistance will be provided EXCLUSIVELY in the locations specified by the program. Today, the activity has started in Chernihiv and Sumy regions.
