FPV attack during the delivery of humanitarian bread: two men died in Kharkiv region
On 22 January, at the entrance to the village of Kozacha Lopan, Kharkiv region, the car of local authorities delivering bread from the UN WFP was attacked by FPV drones. As a result of a direct hit, the vehicle was completely destroyed. Two men aged 35 and 63 who were in the car died from injuries.
The tragedy happened between 11:30 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.
Before starting of moving to the place where the attack took place, these men loaded humanitarian aid into a private civilian car in the city of Dergachi. It was there that 500 loaves of bread from the UN World Food Programme (WFP) were handed over by the ADRA Ukraine organization with the support of ADRA Switzerland. The aid was intended for residents of the village of Kozacha Lopan and the village of Nova Kozacha.
