How to use ADRA Ukraine chatbots
We draw your attention! ADRA Ukraine has two official chatbots – Viber and Telegram. Chatbots are not tied to any phone number. A direct link to each of them is EXCLUSIVELY on our official website www.adra.ua.
Please, send your documents only after the call center operator accepts your application. First, write in the chatbot your name and phone number that you have provided during registration, and only then attach the necessary documents.
Documents that are sent without the consent of the operator are not grounds for registration for assistance.
Please, be careful not to send your documents to any other unofficial chatbots or third parties. In case of technical impossibility to use our official chatbots, please, send your documents to our official e-mail info@adra.ua.
