In cooperation with the local authorities of Kherson, the World Food Program (WFP) that is a humanitarian organization of the United Nations, and ADRA Ukraine will distribute electronic certificates to support all residents of the Kherson community
Residents will receive two text messages from “UN WFP” on their phone.
1. The first message confirms that they can get assistance.
2. The second message contains certificate numbers.
Please, DO NOT delete messages with numbers because this is your electronic certificate.
Every resident of the Kherson community can receive certificates with a total value of UAH 3,000 for 2 months in a row.
One certificate has a value of UAH 500. One person can receive certificates for no more than 5 household members, if they are confirmed by documents (living at the same address, marriage certificate)
The electronic certificate is a unique 8-digit number for ATB stores and a 13-digit number for SILPO stores.
It can be used to buy food or any other useful things (except alcohol and tobacco) at any ATB or Silpo store.
You just need to show the electronic certificate numbers you received in the message at the checkout.
If the value of the purchased goods exceeds the value of the certificate, the difference must be covered by another payment method.
If the value of your purchases is less than UAH 500, the money will not be returned.
You can use one or more certificates at a time.
What should I do if I haven’t received the certificates or I don’t have a mobile phone?
Note that only current residents of the Kherson community will receive certificates. We also note that SMS messages with certificate numbers will be sent to residents in several stages during the first half of February. Therefore, residents should wait for the SMS. If you are a resident of Kherson, but you will not receive a certificate by February 20, you will be able to register to receive paper certificates at the registration points after the above date.
Please, note that it is not possible to register or apply for certificates with WFP or ADRA over the phone, so there is no need to call WFP or ADRA if you have not received your certificates. Please, wait until February 20 to receive the certificates.
Please, check the official sources below for information on registration locations, or contact your nearest humanitarian aid or inviolability point.
