On April 24-25, a new batch of generators was delivered to the Kharkiv region as part of a humanitarian initiative aimed at strengthening the energy sustainability of the region. The charitable organization ADRA Ukraine transferred eight generators to the settlements of the city of Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region. The initiative is being implemented with the financial support of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Eight generators with a capacity of 50 kW each were transferred to the following institutions:

Mikhailivka village (Lozovsky district) – a hostel for internally displaced persons (1 generator);
Odradove village (Lozovsky district) – department of inpatient care for permanent or temporary residence (1 generator);
Chuguyiv city – Education Department of the Chuguyiv City Council (3 generators);
Valky city (Bogodukhovskyi district) – Valkovsky People’s House “Iskra” (1 generator);
Kharkiv city – for the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports of the Kindrashevskyi Village Council (2 generators).

The goal of the project is to provide backup power to key social infrastructure facilities that continue to operate in the face of threats and interruptions in energy supply.
