People of the older generation received psychological support at a meeting in Kharkiv
In the hub of the Lyptsi community of Kharkiv city, psychologist and facilitator of ADRA Ukraine held a meeting for residents of the community aged 50+ within the framework of the IHA MHWP project, which is implemented with the support of the Government of Canada and ADRA Canada. The event was aimed at psycho-emotional relief, live communication and reducing the level of anxiety.
During the meeting, everyone created a creative spring work together. Such joint activities helped the participants to relax, feel the support of each other and the hosts of the event, get pleasant emotions and lift their mood.
Such measures contribute to strengthening emotional well-being, maintaining social ties and creating a space where people can feel warmth, attention and support, especially in this period of wartime.
