A training on the topic “Emotions. What do I feel? Methods of self-soothing during air alarms” was held in Zhytomyr”, where teenagers learned to distinguish and define their own emotions, and how to manage them. Psychologists tested the participants of the event, made adjustments using art therapy methods and simulated possible stressful situations.

Such trainings help teenagers to understand different kinds of emotions caused by the conditions of today and the age of crisis, give a feeling of returning to ordinary peaceful life.

The project is supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany and ADRA Germany. It also covers such areas of assistance as provision of legal assistance, evacuation and provision of social transport, non-food assistance and preparation of shelters for IDPs for the winter period.
