Psychologists of ADRA Ukraine start their activities in Zhytomyr region with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany
Despair, fear, anxiety, loss of the meaning of life – after February 24, many people live with such feelings every day. Our psychologists are ready to provide psychological support in order to help people overcome difficult moments of their life and find lost footing.
In Zhytomyr, within the framework of ADRA Ukraine project, with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office (GFFO), free psychological assistance is provided in several areas:
- Individual psychological counseling (direct communication with a psychologist individually and confidentially) will begin on September 14.
- Social and psychological support – group trainings and lectures. People who wish will receive knowledge about the main problems that disrupt their emotional balance, as well as knowledge about effective self-help techniques. The start of this direction will be announced in the near future on social networks and on the official website.
