On April 15, ADRA Ukraine’s professional lawyer Yevhen Strashko offered on-site consultations at ADRA Ukraine’s office in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro Region. The legal aid was provided as part of the PEACE project supported by Aktion Deutschland Hilft and ADRA Germany.
The war-affected people who sought legal advice received consultations on the following issues: applying for participation housing and living conditions improvement programs; the procedure for recording the housing damage as a result of shellfire; the procedure for recovering moral and material damage; the procedure for donating real estate to close relatives; the procedure for considering a case by the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
