Residents of the Pokrovsk community in Donetsk region received free legal advices from an ADRA Ukraine lawyer
On May 15th, a qualified ADRA Ukraine lawyer Yevhen Strashko, visited Pokrovsk city in Donetsk region to provide free legal advices to community residents and internally displaced persons. The assistance was provided by the PEACE project supported by Aktion Deutschland Hilft and ADRA Deutschland.
The lawyer provided 10 consultations on the following issues: the procedure for obtaining a deferment from military service during mobilization; the procedure for establishing care for elderly persons; the procedure for purchasing housing with a cash certificate received after a destruction of housing as a result of hostilities; the procedure for receiving compensation in case of a workplace accident; the procedure for obtaining Ukrainian citizenship.
