Spring event in Khmelnitsky combined art, psychology and family values
In the city of Khmelnitsky, in a cozy park named after Chekman, on May 18, a special atmosphere reigned – warmth, light and family-like sincerity. The city action dedicated to the Family Day was held here, which was joined by the community of the Seventh-day Adventist, as well as a psychologist and facilitator of ADRA Ukraine – with the support of the Swedish charitable organization Radiohjälpen and ADRA Sweden.
Among the spring riot of nature, under the rustle of green leaves and the chirping of birds, psychologist Olena Nynyk created a safe space for sincere conversations. With the help of metaphorical associative maps, she conducted individual consultations for children and adults. These meetings became small islands of trust, where everyone could feel support, find an internal resource or answer important questions.
Nearby, in a creative corner, facilitator Yulia Bufetchikova invited everyone to an unusual art form – drawing with coffee. The aroma of the drink, soft warm shades and freedom of expression turned the process into a real art therapy. This was especially pleasant for children who worked with enthusiasm, sincerely smiling at each spot, which gradually became a masterpiece.
This spring holiday became a touch to the soul – a space where art, psychology and sincere attention helped to feel the connection with oneself, family and the outside world again.
