Teenagers created anti-stress toys at the ADRA Ukraine center in Chernihiv
On May 27, at the ADRA Ukraine Protection and Support Center in city of Chernihiv, a warm and inspiring meeting was held for the pupils of the “Bereginya” (EN: Guardianess) children’s and teenage club. Psychologist Julia Bogush and facilitator Vladislava Voilo invited participants to talk about goodness – how to recognize it in everyday life, how to multiply and why even the smallest actions are of great importance.
The event was held within the “MHWP” project with the support of the Government of Canada and ADRA Canada.
A special moment of the meeting was a creative activity: teenagers made their own anti-stress toys – named “squishy”, which became symbols of care, warmth and love for themselves and their neighbors. The event ended with sincere smiles, inspiration for good deeds and a common awareness: the world becomes better when we fill it with good things not in words, but in deeds.
