The forum “Second Navigation” discussed how employers can more effectively look for employees
The representative of ADRA Ukraine visited the forum “Second Navigation. A great game for CEO and HRD “at the invitation of the organizers of the event – the Work.ua platform and the “Ukrainian School of Management“. The event, which took place on November 27 in Kyiv, was built in the format of an interactive game, and its main topics were the search for employees, attracting specialists and developing strategies for interaction between employers and employees.
Iryna Vereshchaka, Deputy Director of the HR Department of ADRA Ukraine, who was among the participants of the event, noted that the new ideas expressed during the forum could be useful for improving the recruitment processes of the organization. “Our charity takes care of every employee, starting with the search phase. For this we use different platforms, one of them is Work.ua. We know that candidates post reliable information about themselves and their professional activities. And we are very pleased that there are such platforms that share with us our vision, our mission. We are interested in interacting, sharing experiences, using new ideas, a new vision, ” commented Iryna.
