Third place in “Charitable Ukraine-2024”: ADRA Ukraine noted for social activities
Charitable organization ADRA Ukraine won the third place in the nomination “Charity in the Social Sphere” of the National competition “Charitable Ukraine-2024: Charity in defense of Ukraine.” The award ceremony took place on June 19 in the city of Kyiv, where the ADRA Ukraine team was awarded an honorary diploma.
This year, 1,790 applications were submitted for the competition, which is annually held by the Association of Charities of Ukraine. In each of the 26 nominations, three winners are identified.
The event was held at a high level and brought together many famous and influential people: government and public figures, media professionals, representatives of business and culture. In particular, the event was attended by the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska.
This is not the first recognition of ADRA Ukraine within this competition. In 2024, the organization took first place in the nomination “People’s Philanthropist 2023”, and also entered the rating of “Top-100 charitable organizations of Ukraine in 2023,” taking 12th place.
In addition, according to Forbes Ukraine magazine (August-September 2024), ADRA Ukraine entered the list of top 50 largest charitable foundations in Ukraine, taking 13th place.
