Ukrainian Deminers Association and ADRA Ukraine discussed joint projects and new areas of cooperation
A working meeting of the ADRA Ukraine team with representatives of the partner organization — of the Ukrainian Deminers Association (UDA) took place in Kyiv. During the meeting, the parties discussed the implementation of current joint projects in a friendly atmosphere, as well as outlined prospects for further cooperation.
The UDA was represented at the meeting by project managers Iryna Hutsalo and Ihor Prus, as well as operations manager and acting head of the organization Iryna Kustovska.
The participants paid special attention to the successful ongoing project, which is being implemented within the framework of funding from the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs /OCHA Ukraine. A potential complex project in the format of a consortium involving an international company was also discussed.
The ADRA Ukraine team thanked the partners from the Ukrainian Deminers Association for their professionalism and trust, as well as for the involvement of ADRA Ukraine as a sub-partner in the OCHA (UHF) project, within which the organization’s specialists provide psychosocial support to people affected by mine-explosive objects.
