Women at ADRA Ukraine training psychologically recovered, drawing the future
On October 24, at the Zhytomyr Center for Protection and Support of ADRA Ukraine, a training was held on the topic “Recovery and Creativity: Drawing the Future with Coffee and Glue” which was conducted by psychologist Julia Zalutska. During the event, organized with the support of Radiohjälpen and ADRA Sweden, the participants psychologically recovered, developed creative abilities, increased self-esteem and established new social contacts. They also participated in creative exercises, discussed their works and impressions.
The training was attended by IDPs women, as well as the wife of a deceased defender. Among the participants were Svitlana Kruchenko, psychologist of the support center “I am Mariupol” who first joined the ADRA Ukraine trainings, and Angelika Bulak, deputy director for educational work and teacher of the Ukrainian language of the Severodonetsk Professional College of Culture and Arts named after Prokofiev. Svitlana noted the warm atmosphere of the event and the high professionalism of Yulia Zalutska.
