Chernihiv and its region have become one of the territories where continuous hostilities are taking place. Nevertheless, volunteers of the Project “Hope for Ukraine” have delivered food and other humanitarian aid to Chernihiv and to a number of settlements in the region, and they continue to evacuate those who want to go to safe places.

In particular, a bus with food arrived in Chernihiv last week, food was packaged and distributed to those in need. In addition, other settlements of Chernihiv region received assistance, namely such villages as Vyshenky, Karylske, Ponornytsia, Korop, Mena. About 100 people have received food and hygiene kits. Most of them are elderly and victims of hostilities. Packages with chicken, oil, cereals and vegetables have been distributed to them. Families with young children have been provided with diapers and baby food.
