The emergency food assistance project of ADRA Ukraine with the support of the UN World Food Program (WFP) continues. Today, tens of thousands of people in 12 regions of Ukraine have the opportunity to receive necessary food products. In July, people from another region, Cherkasy, received assistance. In total, at the moment, 340 food distribution points are actively operating. As of today, assistance within the project has reached new levels, during the entire period of the project, about 7,576,740 loaves of bread and more than 711,000 food kits of various purposes have been distributed.

The direction of financial assistance within the framework of several projects has reached new heights. The stage of verification of accepted applications and stage of payments are currently being implemented. During this week, 2,200 people have received assistance, amounting to a total of UAH 14,652,000. As of today, more than 20,000 people have already received financial assistance.

Now another ADRA Ukraine project is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany (German Federal Foreign Office — GFFO).
The project with the support of GFFO operates in the following directions:
— social transportation;
— psychosocial support;
— financial assistance;
— assistance in repair work in protection centers.

The project on social transportation and evacuation funded by the Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine continues within the evacuation direction. At the beginning of August, the first trips of social routes took place in Apostolivska and Zelenodolska communities of Kryvorizka district of Dnipropetrovsk region. In total, there are nine social routes in the communities that cover 20 settlements. As of today, ADRA Ukraine ensures the uninterrupted operation of 40 social routes in ten communities of Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv regions.
