In Dnipro city, women learned stress resistance with ADRA Ukraine psychologist
At the ADRA Ukraine Protection and Support Center in the city of Dnipro, psychologist Marina Nikolenko conducted the training “My Resource”. The meeting, which took place on October 22 with the support of Radiohjälpen and ADRA Sweden, was attended by ten women from vulnerable categories and IDPs.
Women exchanged their experiences, mastered breathing techniques and stress relief, and finally created a collective drawing. The training helped to form a sense of security, contributed to the verbalization of negative experiences. Participants developed the ability to restore an emotional resource, increased their own stress resistance.
