Another assistance has been delivered to Talne in Cherkasy region – a truck weighing seven tons with hygiene means, food products, including food for children and medicines.
Beneficiaries include: large families, people with disabilities or chronic diseases, families with one supporter and single mothers, families who have lost their jobs, etc. ADRA has also provided assistance to medical institutions in Talne. Trucks with medicines and dressing materials were delivered there the other day.

In Kyiv, on July 24, a team of ADRA Ukraine psychologists organized an event on psychological support for internally displaced women from the Eastern part of Ukraine. The thematic program called “Fruit Evening” included trainings from psychologists on how to create and maintain a good mood. The presenters talked about mood hormones, tactile expression of feelings and influence of hugs, and also showed practical exercises. In general, within the framework of DANIDA project, 672 people affected by the war have received psychosocial support during just last week.

Evacuation of people from the evacuation point in Zaporizhzhia, evacuation from hot spots and social transportation is ongoing. On July 7, the first trip of another social route of ADRA Ukraine, implemented in cooperation with the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund, took place in the Bilenkivska community of Zaporizhzhia region. This community has almost 10,000 residents, of whom about 1000 people are IDPs.
As of July 22, 2022, ADRA Ukraine provides uninterrupted operation of 30 social routes in several regions of Ukraine. Since February of this year, 3,013 people have been evacuated to safe places within the framework of the project, and 9,878 people have been provided with access to vital infrastructure.

Food assistance project is being actively implemented for settlements in Donetsk region, where there is an urgent need for food, drinking water, and hygiene means.
The assistance has been directed to the following settlements:
— 26 pallets of food products in Chasiv Iar;
— 25 pallets in Oleksandrivka village;
— food products in Komar village;
— food assistance and water purifiers to Pokrovsk;
— food products, hygiene means in Novodonetske settlement.
