Residents of Kyiv region have received financial assistance for the restoration of housing damaged as a result of hostilities
Within the framework of ADRA Ukraine project, with the support of the network of ADRA partners (ADRA Germany, ADRA China, ADRA Czech Republic, ADRA France, ADRA Italy, ADRA Norway, ADRA Portugal, ADRA Australia), as well as ADRA International, the owners of 24 households have received financial assistance for housing restoration in the amount of UAH 1,440,000.
In total, during the implementation of the project, the residents of Kyiv region received financial assistance for the restoration of housing damaged as a result of shelling in March 2022, in the amount of UAH 3,780,000. In addition, ADRA Ukraine has distributed certificates for the purchase of construction materials in the amount of UAH 4,686,000 to the owners of affected households.
Formation of the list of beneficiaries and their monitoring was carried out in cooperation with local authorities. People of retirement age, families with children, persons with disabilities and other vulnerable categories became priority categories of the population that received assistance.
