Liudmyla came to ADRA Ukraine shelter from Zaporizhzhia region where she lived with her child, it was there that the war caught them. When hostilities began, it became difficult – there is no stable job, problems with housing, and constant fear and a sense of danger do not allow her to live as before. In addition, Liudmyla’s child was frightened by constant air raids and shelling, so the issue of evacuation was especially acute for the woman, given that there was nowhere to go.
Liudmyla found out about the shelters provided by ADRA Ukraine through the Internet, and very soon she and her child went to Zakarpattia. The woman is very grateful for such good living conditions because she did not even expect that they would live in comfort when they were far from their home. “Thank you for making it possible for my child to move away from what my child has been through, to be safe and have everything my child needs for life,” says Liudmyla.
