[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Jakub Dostal from the Czech Republic and Margaret Olasinskf-Chart from Poland, based on their own experience, on the volunteers’ training told about how to properly select and motivate volunteers. 

First of all, experts emphasized the need to create and maintain a particular system for work with volunteers. A training program, an activity evaluation, a permanent feedback are something that must necessarily be present in working with volunteers. In addition, according to trainers, it’s important to help volunteers avoid professional burn-outs, and at the same time, the employees of the organization themselves are free from over-strain.

The participants of the training also learned to interview volunteers, identified the problem points in working with volunteers in their organizations and sought solutions for them.
