A group program of psychological assistance to internally displaced persons “Ukrainski Vechornytsi” has been held in Kyiv
Psychologists of ADRA Ukraine conducted a training in the format of a thematic rest on the topic of replenishing internal resources, as well as stabilizing the emotional state, relieving anxiety and regulating emotions. The event was held as part of Lifesaving Evacuation, Assistance and Protection project with the support of the Canadian government.
During the training, the methods of art therapy and music therapy were used, there was a photo booth with elements of Ukrainian folklore, and a cosmetology master class was also held.
According to the feedback of participants, such meetings help to distract, relax, get useful information and positive emotions.
