Psychologists of ADRA Ukraine have conducted a training on methods of self-soothing during air alarms for teenagers in Zhytomyr
A training on the topic “Emotions. What do I feel? Methods of self-soothing during air alarms” was held in Zhytomyr”, where teenagers learned to distinguish and define their own emotions, and how to manage them. Psychologists tested the participants of the event, made adjustments using art therapy methods and simulated possible stressful situations.

The evacuation of people with reduced mobility continues with the support of the Canadian government: another trip from Dnipro to Uman took place
As part of Lifesaving Evacuation, Assistance and Protection project, ADRA Ukraine continues to provide free transport assistance to people with disabilities and elderly people, transporting them to safer regions of Ukraine. Thus, the organization made another evacuation trip along the route Dnipro — Uman, in which two ambulances were involved.

Residents of Donetsk region have received fuel briquettes from ADRA Ukraine
With the support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs/OCHA Ukraine, residents of Sviatohirsk, Donetsk region, have received 390 tons of solid fuel from the charitable organization.
