ADRA Ukraine continues to evacuate people with reduced mobility to safer regions
Another evacuation of people with reduced mobility and people with disabilities to Uman took place with the support of the Canadian government. Transport assistance was provided to five people who were previously evacuated from the hot spots of Luhansk, Donetsk and Kherson regions to Dnipro to the Center for temporary accommodation of people with reduced mobility of retirement age and people with disabilities.
Evacuation trips are provided within the framework of Lifesaving Evacuation, Assistance and Protection (LEAP) project that also covers such areas of assistance as transport assistance in the form of social transportation, psychological support and financial assistance.
