ADRA Ukraine has completed work on replacing window blocks and interior doors in shelters for IDPs
Repair work in shelters for internally displaced persons in Kharkiv, which the organization carried out with the support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, has ended.
The shelters are arranged in two dormitories, each of which currently houses more than 200 IDPs, including children.
In addition, one of the shelters was damaged by two artillery shells in March, so the replacement of windows and interior doors, carried out by ADRA Ukraine, was very necessary.
In partnership with UHF, ADRA Ukraine also provides certificates for the restoration of housing damaged as a result of hostilities and other types of support within the framework of the project “Assistance during the winter period of 2022-2023 in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk and Kharkiv regions”.
