#ADRA UKRAINE – Health improvement camps for children
Caring for vulnerable children is a special mission of ADRA Ukraine. This year, such children have had rest and improved their health in camps of Zakarpattia region thanks to the joint efforts of the charitable organization and its partners.
Children have improved their health in “Nataliia” and “Ekolend” camps of Zakarpattia region. The following categories of children have been provided with this assistance:
• orphans;
• children from large families;
• children of internally displaced persons;
and other vulnerable categories of children.
The project of psychological support for children of vulnerable categories was implemented with the support of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, as well as the representative offices of ADRA in Spain, Australia and Denmark.
We know how important it is to take care of children because they are our future generation. We know that this project has helped many children to forget about all horrors of the war.
