On August 18th, ADRA Ukraine’s mobile outreach team from Dnipro office travelled to Pokrovsk, Donetsk Region, responding to the request of the local authorities. Lawyer Yevhen Strashko and psychologist Maryna Nikolenko offered free-of-charge qualified assistance to local residents affected by the missile strike the day before.
