Residents of Kherson region have received food assistance from ADRA Ukraine
Food kits with basic food products and personal hygiene means from ADRA Ukraine have been delivered in settlements of Kherson region — Krasnivka, Svobodne, Kamianka, Pryhiria, Kochubeivka. 1,200 food kits have been distributed at the rate of one food kit per family. The assistance is provided thanks to the support of ADRA Slovakia.
From the first days of the military conflict, the humanitarian situation in Kherson region was and remains tense. Due to hostilities, the above-mentioned settlements have been isolated for a long time and have a critical humanitarian situation. Despite all the difficulties, ADRA Ukraine team does everything possible and regularly directs the forces of current projects so that the residents of the region have the opportunity to receive food assistance.
In general, since the beginning of the project in cooperation with ADRA Slovakia, about 63,488 people in need have already received such food assistance in various regions of Ukraine.
